🎂 5 years: happy birthday LITTLE CADORS!

Wow! 5 years ! We tell you the story of the creation of the brand, and this incredible adventure that we experienced from the idea, to the creation of 9 jobs.

2018: the brilliant idea behind nomadic cushions!

It was the summer of 2018 that Muriel and Laurent went to Brittany with their children and decided to buy a U-shaped travel cushion to smooth their journey. This cushion, which everyone has bought at least once, has not kept its promises and no one has managed to sleep a wink.

So on the way back, they imagine their ideal travel pillow: “ I want a real soft pillow to sleep well ”, “ in fact it shouldn’t fall off when you fall asleep! ”, “ and then it could be pretty with a nice graphic fabric!

Back in Toulouse , they created the first prototype of this brilliant idea and the concept was immediately validated by those around them. They know that they are not the only ones to have faced this problem of comfort in the car, and decide to launch a first series of cushions with a dedicated website.

2019: 2 prestigious awards for ISIDOR

In June 2019 ISIDOR, the car cushion, the brand's first invention, was seen on M6 in the show "My invention is worth gold" . In July , ISIDOR emerged victorious in the final of the show and made an impression with its ingenuity and its family story.

In November, an international award was given out during the Lepine competition: ISIDOR won a gold medal in the transport category !

2021: the family is growing!

Other cushions have seen the light of day and PETITS CADORS has moved to a new premises in Nailloux. 300 m² dedicated to the design and manufacture of all the brand's products. The icing on the cake is that it is an eco-responsible building, equipped with solar panels, and heated entirely with wood! This move is accompanied by several job creations in manufacturing, pattern making, order preparation , so all stages from creation to shipping are carried out in the same place, in the Nailloux workshop.

2022: the year of awards!

Muriel and Laurent joined Réseau Entreprendre to be supported in the development of PETITS CADORS. Valuable mentoring to structure the activity and the company.

PETITS CADORS receives the “Made In 31” prize in the “sport, health and well-being” category, the “Sower of innovation” prize by Crédit Mutuel, the “VSE of the year” prize by the CCI Toulouse and Hérault! A year full of surprises that rewards all the work done by the PETITS CADORS team!

2023: French Origin Guarantee certified!

AFNOR carries out an audit of the production chain and the materials used. Objective: to concretize the brand's commitment to local manufacturing, job creation, reduction of carbon emissions, promotion of the circular economy and development of the textile industry in France.

PETITS CADORS obtains the average score of 84% from the French share thanks to its manufacturing on the territory and the materials used!

This certification is important because it allows the veracity of the statement “made in France” to be validated by an external body. Unfortunately, even today it is not always easy to clearly know if a product is really French. We are the first to look at this closely in our everyday personal purchases (food, clothing, cosmetics, etc.). And we have often been fooled by misleading or vague statements, like you certainly! By choosing to consume “Origine France Garantie”, you can be sure that you are not making a mistake.

PETITS CADORS also holds the “ Made in Occitanie ” label and received a visit from Carole Delga, President of the Occitanie region, to her workshop for a tour of all stages of manufacturing.

2024: 5th year of an incredible human adventure

Entrepreneurship today means inventing and creating new economic models, putting at the heart of the company's missions the values ​​that are dear to us and that we can share with our colleagues and partners.

The proof is: PETITS CADORS continues its development by taking care of its environment, its users, and by prioritizing well-being at work 😀 And all this is an inexhaustible engine to conquer the world of France and 'Europe!
